That is the beauty of having our Audio Guest Book.

They are self contained and come fully charged, no need to plug in!

You are required to pick up your Audio Guest Book on the Wednesday before your event from 9:00am - 5:00pm from our Myaree Office (14 Choules Place, Myaree, 6154).

You are then required to return it on the Tuesday after your event from 9:00am - 5:00pm to our office.

If you are too busy, we encourage family / friends come and collect / return your Audio Guest Book.

We will express post your Audio Guestbook so it arrives 3 days prior to your event.

You will be provided with a pre-paid postage bag inside so that you can return it to us.

We ask that you send it back to us within 3 days of the event conclusion.

After you send us a photo from your event for us to use for the video, you will have your voicemails delivered typically within 24 hours!
During busy periods this can extend to a few days.

If you don’t have a photo from the event, you can send us any photo of your liking.

You most definitely can and we highly recommend doing this.
Simply select the personalised greeting add-on at the checkout and email your personalised message and we load it onto the phone for you.
We recommend using your voice memo app on your phone to record this, or you can send us a video of your greeting message.

Guests will then hear your voice(s) before leaving their message!
It also enhances your final collated recording as it is added to the beginning which makes for a nice sentimental touch.

However, just keep in mind vinyls have a maximum run time of 38 mins.

From our experience, anywhere between 10 - 40 minutes / 30 - 120 voicemails.

We aim to leave all voicemails for you to hear!

However we will remove certain parts of voicemails that contain racism or derogatory statements.

The sooner you book the better.

Busy seasons such as Oct / Nov / Feb / Mar will require you to book sooner to get your desired colour.

We only offer our service for events on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

We don’t offer Audio Guest Book Hire if your events on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.
